Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, Providing information: Answering questions about the hotel, local activities, and room rates
- Manage reservations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Registering guests: Verifying reservations and assigning guests to rooms
- Processing payments: Accepting cash, checks, and credit cards, and making change
- Escalating issues: Reporting more serious concerns to a supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
