Job Tasks/Description
- Bolt up and unbolt various flanges in their respective work areas when needed
- Verification of the correct bolts and gaskets per specifications.
- Installation and removal of various types of blinds and verification of the proper material and thickness per specifications.
- Perform torquing of bolts per specifications.
- Operation of mobile equipment when required. (i.e., Aerial lifts, Forklifts, etc.) Must have certification prior to operating any equipment.
- Work in conjunction with boltups and welders.
- Lead journeymen and supervisors must be trained in the permitting process.
- Knowledge and understanding of energy isolation. (i.e., Lock Out/Tag Out)
- Demolition and re-installation of piping systems.
- Using a variety of tools. (i.e., pipe wrenches, line up bars, hammer wrenches, etc.)
- Ability to identify and mitigate hazards associated with the job tasks.

**Pipefitter Requirements**
- Proven experience in pipe fitting.
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform job tasks (i.e., standing, kneeling, climbing, lifting, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize job tasks and strong attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00 - $27.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Pipe Fitter: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- TWIC Card (required)
- NCCER Certification (preferred)
