Seasons of Growth LLC, based in Alexandria, Virginia, is a supportive group practice specializing in the training of resident clinicians on their journey to licensure. Our approach is modern, emphasizing a healthy work/life balance. We prioritize the development of counseling skills for our resident therapists through intentional support and guidance. We really care about building high quality clinicians through a comprehensive residency practice.

We are excited to expand our leadership team with our Clinical Supervision Manager position. This position is open to **Licensed Clinical Social Workers** with **current approval as Clinical Supervisors by the board of Virginia.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide individual supervision to resident therapists and oversee their clinical work (including signing notes, monitoring documentation, on-the-spot sport and Q&A)

2. Support the practice mission as a resident training clinic by completing "resident report cards" and monitoring benchmarks of learning for the residents.

3. Facilitate group supervision, including book discussion (reading material provided by SOG, book chosen by supervisor and residents) for counseling-related books and case-presentation group (2x monthly for 1 hour each)

4. Provide management of resident therapists (hiring & staffing resident therapists, performance management, motivation and team building, overseeing work of therapists)

5. Be the point of contact for residents when it comes to any questions or support with navigating client material.

6. Assist in program development for training resident therapists and practice goals.

This role is part of the leadership team, and functions in collaborative support with our Clinical Director. The role

**Job Structure**

2. Hours must be spread across **Mon-Fri, **to be available to support resident therapists. Scheduling is flexible.

2. **No evening/weekend **requirements. *The group supervisions are currently scheduled for Wednesdays at 12pm 2x per month.

4. Compensation for this position is structured on an hourly pay basis, utilizing the W-2 format with rates ranging from $35-$40 per direct supervision hour (group and individual). There is a commission structure for payment on each session a resident completes to compensate for the additional supportive tasks that arise during the week and to support the practice mission.

5. ((This role can be expanded into a full time role with more admin hours to support daily operations/frontdesk and as well as small caseload of clients if required.))

1. **Strong clinical knowledge **for guiding supervision and residents with all aspects of the role (theoretical & administrative)

2. Experience running own caseload and the realities of client scheduling, communicating **boundaries** to clients, etc.

3. Prefers **organization **in the running of a caseload vs. random unstructured treatment.

4. Enjoys guiding and instructing resident therapists, including day-to-day questions

5. Has the **leadership** qualities to step into management responsibilities
- including providing **honest feedback** to residents and at times having difficult conversations when necessary.

6. Is passionate about the mission of the practice and is motivated to support the practice with **growth, high standards, and ideas.**

That means that we are involved with monitoring how the residents are doing in the role, and we provide honest and productive feedback to them about work performance and learning benchmarks. Residents that are not able to follow policies and procedures, or who show lack of interest in their own personal growth and/or the building of their counseling approach are not considered a good fit for SOG. The Clinical Supervision Manager will also demonstrate the mindset of truly caring about the quality of therapy at SOG and maintaining the high standards we have set for our team.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
