**Director of Vacation Rental Operations**

**Sanctuary Vacation Rentals,** a thriving vacation rental management company in Monterey County, CA, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Vacation Rental Operations to join our growing team.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Overseeing all aspects of guest relations and daily operations, including check-in/check-out and ensuring a seamless guest and homeowner experience.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with homeowners, ensuring clear communication, and exceeding their expectations.
- Managing our Vacation Rental Inspection and Maintenance teams, guaranteeing properties are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
- Developing and implementing efficient operational systems to optimize workflows and maximize revenue.
- Effective and constant communication with homeowners, staff, and guests.
- Corrective counseling and action, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality management or a similar customer service role.
- Prior experience in the vacation rental industry a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Hotel management: 5 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA (required)
