Home Health Aide

**Overview**:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
**Duties**:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.

**Experience**:
- Previous experience in memory care, caregiving, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with senior care and understanding of the unique needs of older adults.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Experience in Hospice CNA; dementia care are a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to observe changes in client's condition.
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
