Janitor/maintenance

Residential Warranty Company (a home warranty company in Harrisburg, PA) is seeking a dedicated, reliable and experienced **FULL TIME JANITOR** to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors. Starting pay: $20.00/hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow established safety protocols and guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
