The **Payment Processor** is responsible for submitting highly accurate payments to our clients on a daily basis, and other related duties.

**Schedule**:8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

**Pay**: 17.00/hour

**Location**:must be local to Chicago and able to come into the Downtown Chicago office on W. Jackson Blvd on a daily basis

**DAY TO DAY**
- Process 1st and 3rd party collections payments
- Process in house payments and payments received by mail
- Post payments in a timely manner and with complete accuracy
- NSF Processing
- Returning payments and notating accounts
- Data entry
- Copying and filing, as needed, on a daily basis

**WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS**

**Must Have**:

- Exemplary skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in payment processing, data analysis, or related role
- Strong analytical, data-driven skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to see through data and analyze it to find conclusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present findings or translate data into an understandable document or presentation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with CUBS system a plus
