Accounting Bookeeper

DRIFT Aerospace is looking for a diligent, experienced Accounting Bookkeeper to perform a variety of financial tasks. These include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and financial statements during month-end close and for creating adjusting entries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining accurate and timely financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly and timely recorded.
- Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flows, and other financial reports
- Reviewing general ledger accounts and preparing adjusting journal entries
- Assisting with the month-end closing process, conducting research and making correcting journal entries for account discrepancies, preparing closing journal entries, and posting accrual entries
- Supporting accounts receivable and invoice entries as provided.
- Assisting with internal control evaluation

**Qualifications and Skillset**
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
