Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and manage golf carts, assist players with their equipment, and contribute to the overall organization and efficiency of the golf course operations. Your efforts will directly contribute to the positive reputation and success of the club.

Key Responsibilities:
Cart Management: Prepare and distribute golf carts for players according to tee time schedules and reservations. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of golf carts, ensuring they are in excellent condition.

Driving Range Management: Prepare and distribute Practice range balls on the practice facility. Maintain appearance of Practice facilities throughout the day.

Player Assistance: Greet players upon arrival, assist them with loading their golf bags onto carts, and provide any necessary information about the course layout and rules. Address player inquiries and aid in a courteous and helpful manner.

Safety and Maintenance: Ensure that golf carts are properly charged, fueled, and maintained to prevent disruptions during play. Conduct routine inspections to identify any cart or equipment issues and report them to the maintenance team.

Equipment Management: Assist with the setup and breakdown of rental equipment, including golf clubs and pull carts. Maintain accurate records of equipment rentals and returns.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service to all golfers, addressing their needs and inquiries. Help with loading and unloading golf bags and equipment.

Course Appearance: Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the golf course, including amenities such as water stations and trash receptacles.

Collaboration: Coordinate closely with other course staff, including the pro shop team and grounds crew, to ensure a seamless golfing experience.

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in a golf or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and course layout.
- Physical ability to lift and carry golf bags, equipment, and supplies.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintaining equipment and course aesthetics.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively and contribute to the overall success of the golf club.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
