As a Faculty Instructor, you will have a passion for helping students attain their career goals. The Faculty Instructor uses an approved curriculum and presents coursework that prepares the student to pursue a technical career in the trades program.

**Responsibilities**:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Preparation and delivery of an approved curriculum based on company coursework and lesson plans
- Regularly monitors student attendance and progress
- Maintaining communication with all students at risk; working with students to address any issues that may impede their academic progress and respond to student retention and classroom management issues.
- Promotes a positive academic environment with professional appearance and cultivate cooperative learning by maintaining academic standards

Qualifications:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- 5 years minimum professional and practical experience working in the industry, or its equivalent
- Must possess or be eligible for certification and/or license, or other credentials required by contract and/or state of employment.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend and squat.
- Knowledge and understanding of the professional career paths and demands of the field
- Motivation and enthusiasm for teaching and having a sensitivity to student needs and interests

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
