To be considered for this position, you should have experience in administrative support as well as computer literacy. Knowledge of company operations, workflows, and process integration is preferred, and higher education is a plus. Knowledge of extended Microsoft Office Platforms such as Forms, SharePoint and/or other LMS platforms preferred. English grammar proficiency and attention to detail are required. You should be an expert in task management, have experience making tough decisions, and be extremely organized.

**Compensation**:
$25 - $27 hourly

**Responsibilities**:
The individual must be able to perform the following effectively:

- Update and maintain training files
- Keep confidential documents organized
- Conduct onboarding of new hires
- Review process instructions and convert data into a training module
- Maintain Scott University LMS in SharePoint
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
- Maintain the confidentiality of documents
- Take initiative in your job and daily tasks
- Provide admin support

**Qualifications**:

- Computer literacy required
- 1 to 2 years experience developing and facilitating training modules
- 1 to 2 years of experience developing training tests and evaluation surveys
- 1 to 2 years of experience presenting data to groups or public speaking
- Knowledge of company operations, workflows, and process integration preferred
- Knowledge of extended Microsoft Office Platforms such as Forms, SharePoint and/or other LMS platforms preferred
- Higher education preferred
- Fluent in Spanish
