Provide leadership and train in the creation and production of superior food products from Scratch; increasing productivity and quality standards, ensuring proper food handling practices; and providing ongoing direction and supervision to all the pastry staff.
**Qualifications**:
- Required Qualifications:
- Food preparation experience
- Pastry experience
- Cooking skills
- Customer service experience
- Food handling knowledge
- Culinary background
- Knife skills
- Baking expertise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in the food industry
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work varying shifts
- Cake decorating skills are a plus
- Packaging experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of food production processes
- Previous catering or restaurant experience is advantageous
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
