**Labor & Delivery Director Needed**

We are seeking a dedicated L&D Nurse to join our Hospital's Nursing team in Austin, TX. Great leadership and support staff in place, very well-run organization. The unit is known for having a great culture amongst staff and a team-oriented environment. Great opportunity for an RN to make an impact while being properly supported
- $125k-$171k, depending on experience
- Full-time, No Weekends
- Excellent benefits package including employee assistance, professional development, 401K, stock options, and paid leave

**Requirements**:

- Graduate of accredited school of nursing - Bachelor's Degree of Nursing required, MSN preferred
- Current active Texas or compact state RN license required
- Minimum 5 years of recent acute care RN experience and 3 years acute care RN leadership experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), and/or RNC-OB certifications all preferred

Pay: $125,000.00 - $171,000.00 per year
