Schraufnagel Development LLC is a KB-1 General Contractor and Arizona Manufactured Home Dealer based out of Flagstaff, Arizona. We specialize in Real Estate Development and New Construction of Custom or Semi-Custom Homes. We also provide home repairs and improvement services to our affiliated company, Schraufnagel Real Estate LLC, a licensed Arizona Real Estate Brokerage.

We are looking for a competent Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project. A construction foreman has a solid background in the field. Your leadership skills and your extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Purchasing & delivering timely materials to meet deadlines and construction schedules.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to managers, engineers etc. Document/Photograph completed work.
- Conduct moves in and move out walkthroughs with Tenants or Homeowners.
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

**Skills**
- Proven experience in residential construction and remodel including but not limited to carpentry skills, flooring installation, doors & trim, painting, minor electrical (fixtures & minor troubleshoots), minor plumbing (fixtures & minor troubleshoots).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Can handle customer interactions, answer questions, handle critical feedback, and find solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Aptitude in math
- Good physical condition and stamina

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
