Equilibrium Brewery is a growing brewery that prides itself on creating great beer and an amazing environment for customers. We are looking for a dynamic Beertender with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality looking to work in a fun and professional environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Flexible team player with a positive attitude
- Bringing food & drink to guest tables as needed
- Rotating working counter service
- Having working knowledge of menu
- Bussing/cleaning tables when guests are finished
- Assist customers at retail in their beer and merchandise selections by effectively communicating.
- Use our POS System (Toast) to ring up customers and maintain cash drawer.
- Provide the same level of customer service to your co-workers as you offer to your guests.
- Address customers needs in a professional, positive and timely manner.
- Open and close according to Equilibrium opening and closing procedures.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary._

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of restaurant experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and push 150lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment while maintaining professional standards in demeanor and work efficiency
- Detail oriented
- Understands the importance of working within a team setting
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
