**We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric LPN to join our team on a 13-week contract basis with the potential for extension and permanent placement. This position offers an excellent hourly rate of $40/hr and is located in the vibrant city of Worcester.**

**Requirements**:

- Active LPN license in Massachusetts
- Experience in Psychiatric, Substance Abuse, and Medical Surgical settings
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and care for patients with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders, including those undergoing detoxification
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and adherence to detox protocols
- Monitor patients closely for withdrawal symptoms and complications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding detoxification and recovery
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
