Dispensary Concierge

“Concierge”

Personnel Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome and inform patients and customers as they arrive at Ritual. Assist with check-in duties, or processing intake where needed.
- Concierge must wear a valid and current Dispensary Agent card, which is visible at all times
- Opens the door for all patients/customers entering and exiting the building
- Welcomes all patients/customers when they enter the building
- Line up patients/customers in the lobby according to medical or Adult-Use status
- Assist with lining up patients/customers on the medicine room when needed
- While patients/customers are in line, engage them with conversation and let them know about current promotions or pop ups
- Greeter should be knowledgeable about Ritual’s product selection to help with any questions
- Supervision of all visitors including:

- Collection of identification
- Log book records
- Supervision of all visitors not with another Dispensary Agent
- Assist with vendors that have larger deliveries
- Assist at check-in when applicable
- Assist with inventory processing when applicable
- Ensure that only one person proceeds into the dispensary at any time
- For curbside orders, the Greeter will gather the patients order and relay that to the Patient Care Advisor to process the transaction
- Answer the phone when check-in is busy
- Any other duties assigned by management

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check (no felony convictions)
- 2 years of retail and/or customer-facing experience
- Flexible schedule: weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
- Knowledge of cannabis and medical marijuana are preferred
- High School Diploma

- Weekends as needed
