Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop lesson plans that cater to various learning styles of existing staff for growth
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training sessions
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess staff progress and provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements
- Develop a team culture and foster growth across all skill levels
- Research and launch new products and services in the salon and spa

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years as a nail technician or nail artist in the field
- 1+ years in a training and development role, or
- 1+ years as a lead nail artist or nail technician
- Proven experience training and developing staff in the field of manicures and pedicures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Certification or experience in training
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
