**Responsibilities (will vary by client)**:

- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Personal care (bathing, toileting)
- Follow a plan of care
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Must have a vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Flexibility
- Mother's hours (9am-2pm) Mon-Fri
- Weekends a PLUS Open availability
- Prior home care experience needed
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
