Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Wauwatosa, WI

Duration: Fulltime

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Maintenance Technician at Atlantic Residential located in Wauwatosa, WI. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, and industrial maintenance. The role requires hands-on work and regular interaction with other team members.

**Qualifications**

Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance skills

Experience in Maintenace, HVAC, Plumbing, Troubleshooting

Maintenance & Repair and Industrial Maintenance experience

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Relevant certification or degree in a related field is a plus.

Pay: $20.68 - $22.31 per hour
