Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate. As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales and customer service.

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating cash registers, handling money, and processing payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations based on their needs
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cash handling and sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
