**Job Overview**

Designers/ Salespeople will be successful if they have a strong historical sales record in relationship selling, especially with luxury home interior products for active, successful professionals of high net worth. Ability to measure, design, be detail oriented with an eye for interior design/ aesthetics is a must. Individuals who thrive on establishing relationships will have strong conversion rates and higher average sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use of design software (training provided)
- Manages and maintains multiple, simultaneous customer projects through all phases with a high level of accuracy, timeliness and follow-up with consistent and concise communication to customers and others
- Designs and sells complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions
- Develops clientele
- Plans and executes strategies for closing sales, following up with customers and meeting goals
- Collaborates and communicates with the customer to design and present projects and customized plans in a clear and professional manner
- Closes sales efficiently, builds repeat and referral business
- Collaborates, partners and maintains consistent communication with Manager and other staff for seamless ordering, delivery and installation
- Remains current with training, software, selling, product knowledge, promotions, processes and philosophies when interacting with customers

**Qualifications**:

- College degree preferred
- MUST be able to accurately measure using a tape measure and draw rough sketches of client rooms to later transfer to design software.
- Previous sales experience with cabinetry, closet, retail home furnishing/ design, interior design and/ or architecture a plus
- Previous experience using AutoCAD software/ computer design software a plus
- 2-5 years outside sales experience preferred
- Strong computer skills: proficiency in Outlook, Word and will be trained in LiveStorage AutoCAD design program. Will be trained in CRM Pipedrive but familiarity with using some type of CRM preferred.
- Reliable transportation for travel to customers’ homes for scheduled appointments
- Must have valid automobile insurance, pass appropriate state car inspection and sign vehicle inspection form
- Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs, including evening and weekend hours
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
