**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Operations to set up new Bills of Material (BOMs) for new customer programs
- Reviews existing BOMs for accuracy
- Review raw material availability to ensure it is sufficient to cover production schedules
- Communicate any shortages as necessary
- Confirm that site specific materials are correct for facility
- Confirm that site specific materials are inventoried correctly and match BOMs
- Print and distribute law tags as necessary
- Data entry for D365 program
- Assist with inventory when needed
- Responds to customer requests and questions regarding service, product, and account information

**Education**:

- High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Experience**:

- Two years of related work experience

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Capable of understanding complicated written instructions, memoranda, orders
- Regular, skilled use of word processors and programs
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the ability to find errors and correct them
- Ability to navigate through intermediate computer programs
- Ability to effectively present information and answer questions from managers, customers, sales force, etc.
- Ability to key items that regularly include manufacturing terminology
- Ability to format, store, and file data on a personal computer to generate basic, pre-established reports
- Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.
- Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity.
- Safety - Observes all safety procedures and policies; Reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; Uses equipment and materials properly.
