**Overview**:
The Marketing/Community Relations primary responsibility is to serve as a brand ambassador who generates awareness, and visual and social media buzz, secures referral partnerships, and aids in the net increase of billable hours. These include, but are not limited to:

- Establish strong referral partnerships
- Identifying new customer lead sources
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
- Creating promotions.
- Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
- Creating and maintaining successful client referral sources.
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Building brand awareness and positioning.
- Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
- Directing, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Communicating the marketing plan.
- Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
- Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
- Evaluating competitors.
- Working together with the Social Media director to ensure consistency in all marketing and community events.

- # of New Contacted Referral Sources
- Total dollar spent and amount remaining from marketing budget
- # of New Appointments and Events scheduled
- # of previous weeks appointments missed
- Total number of referrals from established referral sources
- The role is to create referral sources
- Be brand ambassador
- Community engagements
- Position needs to pay for itself
- Your efforts have increased census

**Compensations**:

- The compensation for the community outreach coordinator comprises of a base pay and commission.
- Base Pay: $40,000/year
- Commission: 10% of revenue beyond the base quota.
