**Summary**

We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interests of our nation. SecuriGence is seeking a talented SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) Team Lead to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.

**Responsibilities**
- Effectively communicate and align team members' expectations regarding task assignments, work arrangements, and other departmental requirements.
- Ensure assigned networks is functional and monitored 24/7.
- Provide expert project leadership and guidance to team as SME.
- Oversee the activities and performance of direct reports.
- Engage in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software.
- Implement technological alternatives to streamline functions and improve productivity.
- Document and maintain technology policies, standards, and procedures.
- Perform administration and operation functions as necessary in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- 6 years relevant experience.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- DOD Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated experience as team lead. DOD IAT Level III Certification is required.
