Key Responsibilities:

- Perform basic plumbing and electrical work to maintain the building's systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs.
- Assist tenants with their basic needs and resolve any problems they may have.
- Coordinate garbage collection and disposal to keep the property clean and presentable.
- Work collaboratively with property management and support staff to address tenant concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in basic plumbing and electrical work.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in building maintenance or a related field is preferred.

Pay: From $25,000.00 per year
