**Job Title: Commercial Lease Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Setup new properties and leases into Yardi property accounting software.
- Conduct lease abstracting for new leases and lease renewals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of lease terms and financial obligations.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial leases, ensuring compliance with lease terms and conditions.
- Manage monthly rental billings and generate tenant statements, reconciling payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants regarding lease-related inquiries, issues, and disputes.
- Prepare and send tenant notices, demands, and other lease-related correspondence.
- Perform CAM (Common Area Maintenance) and Tax reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease obligations, including insurance requirements, maintenance responsibilities, and other lease-related conditions.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of lease administration processes.

**Requirements**:Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lease administration or property management.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in lease administration software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of commercial lease terms and conditions, including rent calculations, CAM reconciliations, and lease abstracts.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

**Analytical Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing lease data.
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex lease agreements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts related to lease terms.
- Ability to work effectively with tenants, landlords, legal counsel, and internal departments.

**Organizational Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure compliance with lease terms and deadlines.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Certification in lease administration or property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), or similar) is a plus.
- Experience with financial reporting and budget preparation related to commercial leases.
