Kitchen Helper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in food preparation, meal service, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the culinary industry and wants to gain experience in a professional kitchen environment.

**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes
- Support the cook or chef in meal preparation and cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
