**About the company: Full Service Co-Op building in Kensington Brooklyn.**

**Immediate hire for a Temp Doorman and Porter Position.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Doorman: Answer the phone, give out packages, screen visitors, work with BuildingLink, use intercom system, and maintain overall security of the building**

**Porter: Ability to mop, vacuum, general cleaning, assist handyman, compactor, put out trash for sanitation and manage their time wisely.**

**Qualifications**:
**Flexibility - Can be reliable to come in when called upon**

**Ability to work NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, and OVERTIME**

**BuildingLink experience preferred.**

**Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, and walk the grounds.**
**English speaker who is computer literate.**
**Professional, courteous, neat, and presentable**

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
