Job Summary:
The Lube Technician at Schlossmann Subaru City Of Milwaukee is responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance to our customers' vehicles. This is a full-time, hourly position in the Auto industry located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a skilled individual contributor, the Lube Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our dealership and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Check and refill fluids, such as coolant, transmission, and brake fluids
- Inspect and replace worn or damaged belts and hoses
- Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues with vehicles
- Communicate any recommended or necessary repairs to customers
- Keep accurate records of all services and repairs performed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and timely service for customers
- Continuously strive to improve skills and stay updated on industry advancements and best practices

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a lube technician or similar role in the automotive industry preferred
- Knowledge of basic automotive systems and maintenance procedures
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional Saturdays
