Degree Requirements: MASTERS in applicable field of study: Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, Psychology, Social Work or another applied health service area of Psychology (including but not limited to: special education, social work or counseling
JOB DUTIES:
- The Behavior Consultant wil observe behaviors and create behavior plans to manage behaviors in the home, school, and/or in the community.
- The Behavior Consultant will train family staff on social skills, ADLS, non-compliance skills, staff training, sibling training, maladaptive behavior reduction, and increasing communication skills.
- The Behavior Consultant will create the functional Behavior Analysis with the help of guardians, consumers, and the consumer's team
- Behavior Support Plans which identify behaviors, train on replacement behaviors, and proactive strategies.
