Venue Operations Coordinator

Key Goal:
The Venue Operations Coordinator is a dual-role position that supports both the Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager in coordinating social and corporate events, and the Marketing Manager in organizing in-house events. This role requires a blend of event coordination, marketing assistance, and F&B operations skills to ensure seamless execution of all events.

Job Responsibility:

- Assist the F&B Manager in planning and executing social and corporate events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including menu planning, seating arrangements, and decorations.
- Ensure all F&B services are delivered efficiently and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and organizing in-house events.
- Coordinate event details such as scheduling, promotional materials, and event setups.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event needs.
- Help manage event budgets and track expenses.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote in-house events.
- Manage event registrations and guest lists.
- Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to improve future events.
- Maintain an updated database of event attendees and potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong computer skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Demonstrated administrative experience with exceptional organizational skills
- Typing proficiency and data entry accuracy
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and calendar management
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and project coordination
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and clerical duties
- Ability to handle event planning and customer support tasks efficiently

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
