**Job Title**:Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant

**Location**: Santa Monica CA

**Position Type**: Part-time (3 to 4 days a week), potential for full-time

**Salary**: $25-28 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

**Bookkeeper Duties**:

- Proficient in QuickBooks and experienced in reconciliations.
- Manage financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare and submit reports to assist the accountant in financial analysis and decision-making processes.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Responsible for daily administrative tasks such as opening mail, sorting documents, and maintaining organizational systems.
- Scan garnishments and submit them to the garnishment department promptly.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to ensure efficient office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures.
