The salary range for this position is $45.00-$48.00 per hour.

**Position Summary**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of aerospace method engineers, N/C programmers, Tool Designer and support personnel.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Set clear objectives, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Implement quality assurance protocols and procedures
- Lead investigations into quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with other departments such as production, design engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance
- Provide engineering support to resolve technical issues and address design challenges
- Lead engineering projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new product development
- Develop project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in aerospace manufacturing engineering, with demonstrated expertise in process optimization, quality assurance, and project management.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a track record of effectively leading and developing engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and familiarity with manufacturing automation and robotics.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present technical information to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as AS9100, FAA regulations, and aerospace quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
