The **Cambria Hotel Calabasas** is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working **Front of House Restaurant Supervisor** to lead the front of house team to exceed brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us** “**_craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns_**”** This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company

**Position Responsibilities**:
Provide the highest quality of customer service to all guests during the service within outlets. Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, leads the front of house team in all outlets. Additionally assist all guests with requests, needs and issues related to meal periods and with general information. Directly interact with hotel guests to provide exemplary service and attend to all needs.
- Train and oversee FOH staff daily
- Be responsible for limited waste of food and operating supplies
- Receive, verify and put away incoming stock, as requested
- Prepare work station/area for next meal period, as needed
- Handle cash, guestroom charges and credit cards as required by Hotel’s standard operating procedures

**Job Requirements**
- Previous front of house experience required
- Previous POS experience required
- Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
