Cold Caller

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Caller to join our team. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and assisting in generating sales leads.

**Duties**:

- Conduct warm calling to engage potential customers and introduce products or services
- Utilize sales techniques to present and promote products effectively
- Communicate with customers in a professional and persuasive manner
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in technical sales or inside sales preferred
- Strong market awareness and understanding of sales principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and benefits
- Familiarity with outbound calling practices and strategies

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
