**Compensation**:_$21.00 per hour_**_ (37.5 hour work week)_ + Benefits (that currently include):

- **Medical (Anthem)**: 3 copay/deductible options; base plan is $35/paycheck
- **Vision (Mutual of Omaha)**: $60 per year; $130 hardware allowance

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Receptionist**
- Maintain appointment calendar for Immigration Legal Services staff; schedule and confirm appointments.
- Ensure that phones are answered promptly and in a cordial and professional manner.
- Return messages in a timely manner and when appropriate, relay accurate messages to the appropriate staff member.
- Receive and interact with clients and visitors; greet people entering the office and direct to appropriate staff.

**Administration Assistant**
- Support Language Services Program as needed
- Provide operational support to special projects
- Oversee incoming & outgoing mail service
- Assist with logistics for CIRI events such as Board meetings, CIRI All Staff meetings, etc. with venue reservations, ordering lunches, purchasing beverages and paper goods, etc.
- Occasional other duties as requested by President/CEO, CFO/COO and Asst Director HR/Ops

**Qualifications**:

- **Spanish fluency is required for this position**
- Proven experience in busy receptionist office
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
