We are actively seeking an energetic **Manufacturing Operator who **performs all duties related to inventory/receiving, shipping, Conveyance, and assembly. This will include a variety of value-add operations to component parts of storage, receiving, shipment, and handling of final assemblies following standardized work and within expected cycle times through all processes.

**General Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Read, understand, and perform the requirements of shop orders.
- Follow standardized manufacturing procedures and perform all quality checks to ensure that all customer expectations are met.
- Competence with standard hand tools in addition to presses, pneumatic tools, gauges, test equipment, hoists, etc.
- Read and understand blueprints to perform job functions.
- Cross-train functions between shipping, receiving, conveyance, lapping, inventory, & assembly.
- Ability to use floor terminals and workbench to perform job tasks such as punching in and off jobs, reviewing work instructions and drawings, etc.
- Keep the work area in a clean orderly and well-maintained condition.
- Understand and follow all safety rules.
- Proper material handling practices
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Capability of reading and interpreting documents such as standardized work, safety rules, and operating and maintenance instructions.
- Proficiency in basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
- Ability to use a good degree of manual dexterity & ability to produce various products in a work cell environment.
- Ability to work on a team and use problem-solving skills.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- High School Diploma or GED required. One to three years of manufacturing experience preferred.

**Physical Demands**:

- Continuously lifting or moving lightweight material. Occasionally lifting or moving average weight material in difficult work positions. Ability to lift, move, pull, push, or carry anywhere from 5 to 25 lbs with a max of 50 lbs at times.
