**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities & Maintenance Director that would be responsible for the upkeep of all Dutch-Way Farm Market locations. This position operates with the Myerstown location as its home base, but will travel to all of our store locations in Myerstown, Schaefferstown, Gap and Ephrata, PA. The Facilities & Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair of facility equipment, managing facility operations and personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role will involve coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair projects, managing facility expenses and resources, and collaborating with other departments and ownership to support operational needs.
**Qualifications**
- Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Carpentry
- Knowledge of Facility Management (FM)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Relevant certifications or licenses in facilities management or related fields, including HVACR
- Prior experience in the retail or grocery industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
