Position Summary:
Review and release customer orders, ensure timely payments within AR portfolio while meeting company DSO metrics and supporting Sales. Coordinates with internal departments to resolve billing disputes that may affect the ability to collect receivables. Reviews and makes recommendations regarding bad debt or write-offs. Builds and maintains strong internal and external partnerships. Coverage or back-up when necessary due to staffing shortage. Ensures procedures and internal controls are followed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives.
What you bring to the role:
- Prior experience in AR related tasks including reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and partnering skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Uses company standard policies and procedures to resolve issues in which answers can be readily obtained. Work is reviewed regularly by supervisor or more senior peers.
Requires broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired from advanced education. Typically requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years functional experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $45,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance. U.S.based employees have access to healthcare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
