**We have a Direct Hire opportunity in Houston, TX**

**This is a Full-Time opportunity as a QA Documentation Specialist. This position is with a well-known/well established Organization & they are looking to grow their team.**

**Duties**:
As a member of our QA Team, you will be responsible to provide daily support to the Quality Assurance department in the areas of data-entry, maintenance and record management of all documentation. Great opportunity to learn and develop in the professional area of Quality Assurance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for review, approval, and upload of all outside certs to compliance to specification requirements, included supporting documents required.
- Request outside cert revisions and compliance statements from suppliers as needed.
- Complete dimensional and hardness pull version report requests and assist with any updates as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining on -time daily documentation deliverables, while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Review of all documents prior to submitting, paying particular attention to typos and packages being consistent throughout.
- Understanding of different documents requirements, as per customer specifications and/or industry standard.
- Review all certs, paying particular attention to typos, and packages being consistent throughout.
- Understanding of different document requirements across different customers, and different delivery addresses.
- Use customer sites (SAP etc.) to upload, review, and share files to customers.
- Keep shipping and sales informed on the status of documents statuses.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to prioritize packages by due dates, customer review times, and other factors.
- Ability combine, sort, extract several document packages based on customer requirements.
- On the job training will be provided, good aptitude and a willingness to learn is a must.
- Technical writing experience preferred.
- Detail oriented and organized.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- Individual must have a Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year College or university.
- Or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- QA Documentation.
- Oil and Gas Experience is a plus.
