Fatburger, a growing and established Fast Casual concept with operations throughout the United States and around the world is looking for a Shift Managers to join their team.

Pay: $15 -17.00 per hour (including tips)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Restaurant type:

- Fast casual restaurant

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Weekly day range:

- Weekday/Weeknight/Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midlothian, VA 23112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Experience: Minimum 3 years (preferred)
- Management: Minimum 2 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2+ years of experience in a basin shift supervisory role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven expertise with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint a plus
- Great Attitude
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Team Building Skills
- Willingness to learn
- Previous restaurant experience is desired
