Our team will schedule you via our app and build your schedule on a weekly basis.

Backup care nannying where you will go to the homes of children from infant to teenager and provide amazing care. Come help in a Crunch when families need you

**Requirements**:

- **Monday - Friday availability - able to start as early as 7 am and stay as late as 6 pm if needed (you will know your schedule ahead of time)**:

- 2+ years of child care experience (infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children). Your resume should reflect all your child care experience
- 3-4 Relevant professional child care references
- Stellar communication skills
- An energetic happy flexible attitude
- CPR Certification
- Driver’s License and car in most areas (NYC and SF it is not necessary)
- Must be 18 years of age or older

**Pay**:
$16.65-18 per hour paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. You will be a Crunch Care employee so you will receive an annual W2. Daily bonuses, plus OT.

150 hours per month of employment required (benefits above will be included)

Pay: $16.65 - $17.10 per hour
