- Responsibilities:_
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency_
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction_
- Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness and functionality_
- Educate customers about coffee and wine offerings, including flavor profiles and origin_
- Assist with wine service, including pouring and recommending selections_
- Maintain inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and wine stock_
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during service_
- Requirements:_
- Previous experience as a barista in a busy coffee shop or cafe_
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art techniques_
- Familiarity with different coffee brewing methods and equipment_
- Understanding of wine varieties, tasting notes, and pairings (a plus)_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills_
- Flexibility in working days and hours, including weekends and holidays_
- Certification in coffee or wine-related courses is advantageous_
