**Center Based Position**
**Base Salary Range**: $80,000-$95,000 per year + **individual performance bonus** paid monthly
- **
Competitive annual bonus **opportunity up to $14,500
- **25 Total Days of PTO: 15 PTO Days + 3 Floating Holidays + 6 Paid Holidays + 1 Volunteer Day**:

- ** Our RBT's receive industry leading training overseen by our accredited Learning Performance and Development Team. **Allows BCBAs to focus on client success as well as RBT growth.

**Your Role as a BCBA at BlueSprig**
As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:
- Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
- Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
- Conduct functional analysis, intake and progress assessments
- Support clients and families to ensure client success
- Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
- Teach adaptive life skills
- Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients
