**Responsibilities**:

- Move ambulances within the company to optimize fleet resources for operational needs.
- Assist in the occasional loading and unloading of equipment and supplies onto ambulances as needed for fleet purposes.
- Conduct regular inspections of ambulances to ensure they are clean, stocked, and in proper working condition.
- Refuel ambulances and perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure.
- Coordinate with the fleet manager to prioritize vehicle movement based on operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate activities and address any issues that arise.
- Assist in other duties within the fleet department as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a fleet or transportation environment.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently, including backing up and maneuvering in tight spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in outdoor environments and inclement weather conditions.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance tasks is a plus.
