Reconstruction Technician Job

**Responsibilities**:

- Working knowledge of general labor skills including: hanging drywall, tape, mud, texture, finishing work, hanging doors, casing, trim, base, painting, plumbing (sink hook ups, faucets, appliance hook ups, etc.), minor electrical, replace outlets, fixture swaps, appliance hook ups, etc.
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing job plans.
- Assisting skilled tradesmen in their duties.
- Responsible for daily jobsite clean-up.
- Ensure safe work environment.
- Interact professionally with customers, trade partners, and suppliers/vendors.
- Other maintenance duties that arise.

Other Skills & Requirements:

- Physical strength and stamina.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Open to direct instruction.
- Flexibility for changing tasks and assignments.
- Willingness to learn new skills and on the job training.
- Willingness to travel if the need arises.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.

Experience
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in restoration work.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
