Lateral Attorney- Education Labor and Employment

Perry & Villarreal is expanding its areas of practice. We are looking to hire one or more lateral associates/partners with 5 + years of experience in one or more of the following areas: labor & employment and/or general counsel.

P&V is a team of attorneys dedicated to working with local educational agencies in a forward thinking and student-centered manner.
- 5 plus years of experience as an attorney in one or more of the aforementioned areas of education law.
- A background in education, possibly coming from a family of educators or having worked in the education field previously.
- A passion for education law.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- A desire to work in a team environment.
- Good organizational skills.
- An ability to think outside of the box.
- An ability to delegate work and train associates.
- A commitment to having fun at work while working hard.

Billable Hours:

- 1,700 Billable Hour Requirement per year

Pay: $125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
