**AKA Rittenhouse Square is hiring for a Guest Services Associate with 1+ years’ guest service experience**

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage all residents with an upbeat can-do attitude.
- Introduce property services and amenities to new arrivals and follow up with a warm call once the resident has settled into their suite.
- Creating and maintaining reservations in the system.
- Answering outside phone calls and directing to the appropriate department if Resident Representative is unable to assist.
- Promoting and selling the AKA brand to potential residents.
- Follow up with residents on housekeeping and/or maintenance requests once they have been completed.
- Assist residents whenever possible (i.e. making dinner reservations, contacting car service/taxi, etc).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of one year of guest service experience.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrated strong guest service skills.
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated strong guest service, problem solving and decision-making skills.
