Ops Support Tech

**Overview**:
This important position is responsible for restaurant-level accounting and human resource functions, and requires attention to detail, ability to work independently and confidentiality with sensitive company information.

**What You'll Do**:

- Self-starter and quick learner
- Flexibility with hours/schedule
- Great accounting knowledge
- Great computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a must)
- Act with complete discretion at all times
- Great problem solver
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Position Overview & Responsibilities**:

- Daily reconciliation of sales
- Cash handling/bank transactions
- Invoice reconciliation
- Data entry
- Processing new hire information
- Benefits administration
- Provide customer service to staff and corporate departments
- Support restaurant computer equipment
- Records retention
